This bottle stopper has been handturned by Brad Dinwiddie in his Brattleboro, Vermont studio. The base of the stopper is made in Missouri of 18-8 304 FDA kitchen grade stainless steel, Winery and FDA tested and approved. These stoppers will not pit and discolor the way many department store ones will.
The top of the stopper is formed out of Vermont Macassar Ebony wood. To complete the work, it is coated with a water resistant finish.
